Black Head Soldier Beetle

Size about 10mm. Roaming on muddy shoulder of creek bed. The animal has a black head and black wings. Its abdomen seems to be black too, which made an identification hard. Its neck is totally orange. Base of antennae are orange and so are its legs. Found one pretty good picture match identified as Heteromastix Beetle.
