Brown Ricaniid Planthopper

Size about 10mm. Found on our grape vine plant in a bent leaf protecting it from the wind. It is quite flat, mottled brown with some yellow dots, some black pattern markings. I matched it to http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_planthoppers/BrownRicaniidHopper.htm (accessed 10/9/2017), but am not sure if it is a good match or if it might be a different species.
