Lantana Lace Bug

QuestaGame expert narrowed the identification down to an adult Lace Bug in the Tingidae family, possibly a Gargaphia species. It was also said that it looks similar to Teleonemia scrupulosa - which I adapted here as a tentative identification. Both species are introduced to Australia - to fight the pest plant Lantana.
