Spiny-legged Coreid Bug

Size about 18mm. This bug looks similar to a Assassin bug, has a long proboscis. It is uniformly red-brown, large lateral compound eyes and ocelli, large antennae. Hind legs are long and thick and show spikes towards the back like a comb. The underside of the animal shows a yellow patch along its body. For me personally, there is a hilarious story around this species find and identification.
