Mosquito-legged Plume Moth

Size 14mm. Found in our front yard. It had landed on our new fence post and rested in the plain sun. It looked like a plume or a spent dandelion flower. The animal has long legs, a pointy snout with medium sized antennae. The wings look like thin sticks. They seem to have two brown spots as seen in the original depiction (but not mentioned in a reference guide). The overall colour of the moth is creamy brown.
