Redbrain Curved-horn Moth

Size maybe 10mm. An unusual moth. It has a red forehead, black and white, long, segmented antennae sticking out to the sides, front legs spread out. Something that looks like elephant tusks in front of its head. Wing coat brown pattern with white framework limiting top as a square, then a triangle in a slightly different brown-orange.
