Banded River Caddisfly

Size 28mm. Found on wet stone wall in the evening. It shows long mouth parts, antennae with lots of small segments. Big lateral eyes. Hairy thorax or neck. Wing pattern with brown and bright to reddish patches. Strong venation. Long reddish legs.
