Red-Brown Termite

Size about 11mm. It was found trapped but alive in spider silk. I had assumed that it was a Neuroptera. The wings seemed not to match. But it was only when I reviewed a different animal, I found a match for this species. I am quite confident that it is a queen termite. I might group it with Cockroaches since they are closely related.
