Dark Spotted Moth Fly

Size 5mm. Large moth fly. The animal was resting on a window sill. It looks very dark. It doesn't show the wing bumps why I don't think it is Clogmia. It has white dots along the rim of its wings. They are alternating with black or dark brown dots. The shoulder shimmers pink. Thorax and head are very hairy and dark. Legs are banded in white, black, and brownish-red colours. Its neck is black with a white margin line.
