Red-headed Rutilia Fly

Size about 25mm. A huge fly with a hairy black bottom and shiny green body. It was deliberately checking out the area behind our wood stack and compost. This fly is normally called Green Rutilia Fly. I call it Red-headed Rutilia Fly, because of its Latin name. I have not checked but this fly might be misrepresented since the name means red-headed Rutilia. I have no idea how this came to be.
