Yellow Round Fly
This is a small fly species. The heavily bent wings might indicate that it is a juvenil fly. It moved and behaved like what lay people call fruit fly. I read here http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/compound-eye/drosophila-pseudoobscura-a-model-fruit-fly-for-the-real-world/) that Drosophila is not even a fruit fly but a vinegar fly. Anyway, any help for ID appreciated. I am more than happy to change the silly name Yellow Round Fly that I made up based on its appearance.
