Orange-necked Lacewing

Size about 40mm. This lacewing was found in a loose Eucalyp forest. It was crawling slowly in a green bush. I named this species myself and might rename once I find a proper identification. I found a 100% match with https://www.inaturalist.org/photos/5649164 (accessed 9/12/2017, shared with ALA). Both occurrence records are from roughly the same area. Either Neuropteran taxonomists are lazy with iNat or this is a new species.
