Cute-eyed Braconid Wasp
Size 3mm. Found on lemon tree when actually looking for very similar species. Toes split. Thirny spikes in leg joints. Wings hairy, not only on frame and veins but also on membrane. Antennae 12 roughly equally sized segments separated by short hairs in joints. Adding two lowest segments which are unequal size and thickness. Three oculi arranged in triangle and located between lateral, big and round eyes. Probably eats tiny flies/eggs or was laying eggs. No ovipostor noticed or visible in any photo. Last photo might be a different animal. It was temporarily caught in some spider silk and hence the wings and bidy show clearer (which might help if it is the same species). Since I found an extremely similar animal with ovipostor I'd be also keen to know if it might be a male or if males in this group might lack the ovipostor. Animal was not extremely prone to fly away, didn't mind the camera approaching, but became restless from camera flash or leaf movements. It tried to hide on the same leaf.
