Flat-headed Chalcid Wasp

Size 4mm. Found at home. Must have come into the house with the washing. Could not fly far, but hopped quite readily. ID is a bit speculative based on the strongly bent hind legs. The wasp is black in general appearance. Only in magnification one can see red bands on the antennae. The head is flat and in a strange shape.
