Green Brown-banded Wasp

Size 3mm. Found in Brisbane near a lake on a bush. The tree nearby was full of galls, but no wasp traffic. It has beautiful, large red eyes, an iridescent green thorax, and a yellow abdomen with brown bands. Legs are yellow. Stinger is moderately long. On my photo I observed an anatomical feature I have only seen with an Eupelmidae wasp. It seems to have an ovipostor at the underside and in the middle of its abdomen.
