Iridescent-blue Chalcid Wasp
This was identified as a fly but I now rather think that it is a wasp. It is 1.5mm in size. Actually, it is a common species. It is highly visible despite its size that doesn't exceed some glitter by much. It is probably the stubby body that reflects light very well. The animal totally relies on its invisibility and seems not scared of being approached by giants (which is about every other animal including humans) out there. It does react on light though and movement. If anyone has more information, I'd appreciate to be informed. An excellent picture of a very similar species can be found at http://independent.academia.edu/LConstantino (accessed 7/8/2016). Surely, I'll crack that identity. Update: I think I may have found it. See http://bugguide.net/node/view/731719 (accessed 7/8/2016). Welcome Closterocerus trifasciatus
