Red-bum Chalcid Wasp

Size about 4mm. Found on a lemon. The animal might have been laying eggs. It did not move from its spot or only little while I was photographing and even moving the branch to get better access. This animal is quite distinctive, has a red abdomen. The tibia is bent and white with a dark underside towards an orange femur with a black serrated margin similar to a knife. Thorax is all black with a pustulose surface. I identified this species based on its syntype picture on ALA with is a pretty good match.
