Red-legged Chalcid Wasp

Size 11mm. This wasp was found in our house. It may not be any wasp previously documented. It bears stark resemblance to some chalcid wasps, especially with its massive and twisted hind leg femur. When photographing I had assumed that it was the smaller, recently documented Narrow-headed Chalcid Wasp or the Agile Hairy Chalcid Wasp. Looking at the pictures, it has totally different features. Its abdomen is tapering into a very pointy end. It antennae show orange bands at the base and further up. Head and thorax are silver hairy and pustulose. Wings show symmetrical dark areas.
