Small Red-eyed Wasp

Size about 1.5mm. This is a tiny wasp. I only photographed it as a challenge because I thought I had already documented it. There were probably several of them in different places in the garden. This species has a greenish body and red eyes. Its antennae have only a few segments. Legs are yellowish/orange. I assume it is a parasitic species, maybe one of the scale insect parasites. Many of the scale insects that I am documenting at the moment have tiny holes. It might be impossible to identify this species based on those photos. My goal is mainly to categorise.
