Yellow Potter Wasp

Size about 30mm. Large wasp with very slender waist. The waist is bent and always seems to have a red colouration at the top. Unfortunately, there was a similar large wasp at the same place at the same time and I wrongly assumed they were the same species. So, I missed out on taking better photos of this one.
