Stick Spider
Body size about 15mm. This spider was hiding on a small bush. When approached it tried to hide and showed me the bottom. It walked near the small bush, but after a while suspended itself midair, bouncing to another branch. Eventually, it fell into the leaf littered ground. It hid for a while and then crawled back out. This could be Argyrodes gracilis. It has long legs with arc bridge knees. Its thorax is extremely small. Eyes arranged in a circular clump. Thin palps that look like jaws. Body is extremely shiny and smooth, mostly held upwards. The spinnerets are located near the thorax on a bump which confuses the anatomy. Abdomen is conical, mottled colour, brown, with black and red markings.
