Heterobranch Egg Mass

Egg mass of branchs are sometimes pieces of art. They come in various forms, but are often delicate. They give hints on the population, sometimes even on their state in their life cycle and environmental stress. Last but not least, egg masses are also substrate, one of the places to carefully look for other branchs that feed on it. I took thousands of photos of egg mass. Sometimes it was all I could see, as a reminder that branchs often elude our eyes and stay undetected.
