Goniodoridella sp. 2
This is quite a common species. In many books and on the internet it figures as Goniodoris aspersa. As far as I could see this obvious and embarrassing misidentification goes back to Nudipixel where Richard Willan identified it wrongly (archetype mistake). He has repeatedly avoided commenting and correcting his mistake and he is the main reason why this group of animals - extremely important to Queensland Australia and for some precious insights - is not being researched or hindered unfairly. Of course, we can all make mistakes. Professional taxonomists however might have more responsibilities than caring for themselves and their agendas. Official branch taxonomy in Australia can not be trusted with this man. He has not all the skills, and not the attitude one would expect from a scientist or researcher. He has certainly a limited knowledge of and no care for branchs that lie outside his radar - a scandal within a scandal!
